Check-out time : 11am

We will do our best to accommodate special requests, such as early check-in / late check-out, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

50% of the initial deposit is refundable if cancellation is notified within 30 days of arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival result in 100% charge of accommodation and services.
A 100% cancellation fee applies to no-shows.

Room occupancy

Our room rates are on a bed & breakfast basis. The room price is based on 2 guests sharing for all room categories. Some of our rooms have the option to add an additional bed. An additional guest will be charged as follows:

Under the age of 12: No fee.
12 and above: $50.

Children

All children are welcome at Kurulu Bay. Some of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Please let us know upon booking if you require an extra bed.

Pets

We're sorry, but currently, we cannot accommodate any pets.

Your belongings

Kurulu Bay cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Please use the safety locker provided in your room for any valuable items.

In case of a lost item found by us, we will keep it safe for you for 30 days, after which it will be discarded or donated.

Pool

We do not have a lifeguard. Guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Smoking Policy

All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. If needed, we provide ashtrays for outdoor smoking.

Third party liability

Kurulu Bay does not accept any liability for services rendered by third parties to our guests, notwithstanding that such services may be arranged by us. Any claim, demand, charge, suit or damages which may be incurred by the guests shall be made directly with such third parties and the hotel shall render all reasonable assistance in this regard.
